Talent movement set the early pace. Former FEMA Grants Program lead Stacey Street joined Vibrint in a new role, while Urvesh Shah moved to Peraton supporting its health business.
Homeland security and civilian modernization quickly followed. CTG Federal secured a DHS HSI VMware and NetApp Migration Services task, while SHR added FEMA Grant Management Program Cloud Support. Swingtech gained traction with a DHS FPS Program Management and Facilities Support task. OmniVista secured DOJ Business Process Reengineering and Business Analysis Support, while AIS added an $11M DOJ National Security Division Strategic Planning and Strategic Communications contract. Groundswell also continued its momentum with an FTA Application Administration, Development, and Enhancement Support task.
USDA activity brought another cluster of wins. WCJ added SWRC IT Support Services, while Allocore secured a Rural Development Multifamily Housing Asset Management Platform Replacement and AI Enablement task. FWI continued its run, beating out three competitors to win NRCS Comment Analysis Services.
Defense awards drove sustained attention. STOPSO beat out six competitors for an Army CGSC LMS Help Desk and Training Support task on ITES 3-S. JMA Resources secured NAVSUP BSC Transformation Systems Support, while Arlo Solutions topped 13 competitors to win the Navy NCIS IMESA contract. Tecolote Research added a $51M DoD CADE Technical Support Services contract, and SPA beat out two competitors to secure a $119M OUSD Operations and Analysis Support Services award.
Federal health rounded out the day. Deloitte secured a $22M CMS CMMI LAN Operations Support task on RMADA 2, while The Avery Group beat out two competitors to win CDC Technical Support Services work.
