Strategic growth and leadership moves set the early pace. ITC Federal drew attention after acquiring Apriva ISS, adding an FBI prime position and deeper classified communications capabilities. Mallory Cawlfield joined RealmOne as Chief Operating Officer, while Peta Leonard moved to AttainX as Vice President of AI. Wendy Southworth also surfaced with a move to Hendall. PrimeRFP added to the innovation conversation with the launch of its new Policy Intelligence feature in SCOUT.
Cybersecurity and federal health quickly took over. Booz Allen generated significant engagement with three competitive wins, a $51M NIH NCI Enterprise Cybersecurity Support Services task, a $46M DCSA OPIS Application Suite operations and enhancement award, and a $37M FDA CTP Electronic Submissions contract. NeevSys beat out 16 competitors for a $27M NIH NICHD Application and Website Support contract, while Black Canyon added NIMHD Chronic Disease Prevention Initiative IT support. GovAllies continued its FDA momentum with CDER OC Strategic Implementation work, and Deloitte secured a HALO Core Platform Support task. CGI also added a VA VHA Healthcare Technology Management ADM Capability Support BOA.
Homeland security and law enforcement brought another wave of activity. Netizen surged after beating out 28 competitors to secure a $218M DHS FLETC IT Delivery Operations Support Services contract. PPT Solutions added a CISA Independent Test Agent support task. Accenture topped 13 competitors for a $39M DEA Investigative Case and Data Ecosystem contract, while STOPSO beat out four for DOJ EOIR CISO IT Security Support on VETS 2.
Civilian modernization rounded out the day. Swingtech beat out two competitors for USDA APHIS CPIC Management Support on Polaris. RMA topped three for HUD OCFO Applications Systems Security Controls support. LMI secured NASA OIG Data Analytics and Engineering Support, while Summit Consulting beat out nine competitors to win an EXIM AI Review task on OASIS. ITA International also leveraged SBIR Phase III to secure an Army DLI-W Systems Modernization and Application Development contract.
