Today’s Arctas activity showed momentum coming from multiple directions. New platforms hit the market, proven companies added repeat wins, and experienced leaders stepped into roles built around growth and delivery.

Leadership and market positioning set the early pace. Ashlee Dominguez was appointed Chief Growth Officer at Valiant Integrated Defense Services, while Scott McKimmy joined Nava as Executive Vice President of Program Delivery. SoKat launched CreditUnionExplorer.com, and Tria Federal joined the Appian Public Sector Partner Program to expand how it supports federal missions. HXG1 also surfaced as the SSA ITSSC 3 RFP hit the street, bringing PTW market intelligence into focus.

Federal health drove another wave of attention. mPower secured a $10M NIH contract supporting NIBIB’s intramural research mission. Easy Dynamics continued its momentum, beating out four competitors to win a CMS HSPD-12 SIS ICAM task. Booz Allen stacked two health agency wins, adding FDA organizational, program, and process evaluation and optimization work alongside an HHS ASPE IT Solutions Development and O&M task on CIO-SP3. Ivyhill secured FDA HFPCS Records Management support, while a Cognizance-led joint venture added a Site Quality Assessment task.

Civilian modernization stayed active. A RIVA and ITegrity joint venture added a USDA Enterprise-wide Application Platform and Services win. MSG secured FEMA NFDTC Data Literacy and Fire Service Analytics Training Program Support. An Ignite-led joint venture gained traction with $44M in Census on-prem and cloud infrastructure support tasks. An RFS-led joint venture added $13M across three NOAA ProTech 2.0 support tasks, while RMA continued its run with a $10M DOI Insular Affairs Financial Capacity Building contract.

Homeland security and defense rounded out the day. Swingtech added another Coast Guard win supporting the Long Range Enforcer Product Line, while ABSG continued its momentum with Maritime Cyber Programs Support Services. RedSky secured an FBI Video Wall support contract. G2 Ops also drew attention with a $35M Navy SBIR Phase III R&D task.

Fresh platforms, repeat winners, and leaders stepping into roles built for the next phase of growth. That’s where the attention landed today.
