Arctas activity today centered on organizations building momentum through competitive contract wins, platform innovation, and strategic positioning.

Civilian agency work set the early pace. Grey Street beat out three competitors to secure DOJ Financial Fraud Analyst Litigation Support work. Edgewater generated engagement after winning an IT managed services contract supporting Argonne National Laboratory. Publicis Sapient added to its momentum with an HRSA Data Warehouse Operations and Security Management task, while mPower continued its strong run securing ACF Human Capital Strategic Advisory Support Services. Ivyhill also surfaced after winning FDA Document Room Operations support.

Science and research missions drove additional visibility. ICF gained traction after securing NIH Office of Dietary Supplements operational and scientific support work. The Cadmus Group added a $20M FRA Environmental PMO Realty Support BPA for the Department of Transportation.

NOAA activity dominated the environmental space. A Nüvitek-led joint venture beat out six competitors to secure Fisheries ECMS support on 8(a) STARS III. Excentium beat out eight competitors to win NOAA FISMA Assessment Services work on NMITS, while a Lynker-led joint venture picked up a $10M GARFO Helpdesk and Software Development task. THOR also generated interest after beating out 15 competitors to secure a Navy NIWC Pacific program and project management support task on SeaPort NxG.

Innovation and strategic positioning rounded out the day. Rune unveiled TyrSense, extending logistics awareness into disconnected environments. Presage Technologies achieved FedRAMP authorization through its partnership with Knox Systems, while the SydanTech and Premier Federal joint venture generated engagement after receiving the GSA 8(a) STARS III option.
