Arctas: Moving the Needle 07.20.26 – RTI, OMNI, Concept Plus, Deloitte, Accenture, CICONIX, Guidehouse, Indigo IT, Oasys, OCT, T&T, Coforma, GovDash

Arctas activity today reflected a familiar pattern. Major contract awards, AI-enabled platforms, and enterprise modernization efforts continued to dominate attention across the federal market.

Contract momentum set the early pace. RTI gained traction after securing USDA consumer research support for the AMS Food Label Digital Disclosure program. OMNI added another Air Force SBIR Phase III award supporting derived capabilities and systems gap development. Concept Plus moved up with a $27M Defense Acquisition University WARU IT Support Services contract. Deloitte generated significant engagement after landing the $334M Navy ERP Technical Support Services 2 task on CIO-SP3, while Accenture surfaced with a DLA JETS 2.0 pharmaceutical supply chain assessment task. CICONIX beat out 35 competitors to secure DHA National Intrepid Center of Excellence clinical and research administrative support work.

Government-wide modernization activity continued to build. DHS announced its new $1B agency-wide Databricks Products and Services BPA, while Guidehouse added a $25M Office of Policy Execution, Analytics, and Automation support contract. Coast Guard work remained active with Indigo IT beating out 16 competitors to secure project management and program integration support, Oasys winning a $25M ALC ISD IT Support Services task on VETS 2, and OCT being named to the agency’s $95M Contracting and Procurement Enterprise Support BPA.

Civilian agency work rounded out the day. T&T Consulting Services picked up engagement after winning NOAA National Weather Service Tsunami.gov support work. Coforma gained visibility with an IRS Taxpayer Services and Online Accounts Research Support contract.

Innovation and platform launches closed out the activity. GovDash generated strong interest with the launch of Dash Agents, bringing AI-powered pipeline reports, compliance gap reviews, and MSR drafting capabilities to GovCon capture teams.

No flash required. Just smart hires, meaningful wins, and clear positioning.
