Leadership and growth moves set the early tone. Trish Janke, FBI Enterprise Applications and Database Services Section Chief, joined EY. CGI recruited former Coast Guard Commander Marcus Ivery, while John Gorman stepped into the Chief Growth Officer role at CyberCore Technologies.
Federal health continued to move. TriMetrix secured a $13M HHS HRSA Data Systems and Analysis Support contract. mPower added another win with a $10M NIH NIGMS Intramural Research Support Optimization award. RELI Group continued its run, beating out 29 competitors to secure a CDC Risk Management Framework Support contract. MITRE leveraged its FFRDC position for a CMS Health Acquisition Strategy Concept of Operations task, while GDIT added FDA Regulatory Structured Review Development work.
USDA and civilian modernization drove another wave of attention. A Square Group beat out three competitors to win USDA NIF Web Content Management Support. FalconTek secured an NRCS BPA, while ASRC Federal added an OCIO SciComp, HPC, and Data Analytics Marketplace support contract. An Ardigent led joint venture gained traction with a GSA Scaled Agile Execution and Operations task on Polaris. Blue Water Thinking also continued its VA momentum, adding a Project Manager Support task on BETPSS.
Competition remained active across the broader civilian market. A Lynker-led joint venture beat out 19 competitors for NOAA NFSC Fleet Program Administration. Sara Software Systems secured a Commerce Department System Administration and Operational Core Services contract. Barrow Wise beat out two competitors to win an SSA Acquisition and Professional Support Services BPA. TekSynap topped six competitors for a DOI BSEE Data Management contract, while Arch Systems added Denali Commission IT Support and Project Database Services work.
Defense support rounded out the day. Dominion Defense Consulting secured an Air Force AMIC Cradle-to-Grave Contracting Support Services IDIQ.
