September opens with Arctas attention landing on companies stacking wins, adding proven federal leaders, and moving new technology from investment into execution.

Leadership and talent movement set the early tone. Julie Barth joined Alpha Omega as Senior Vice President. Dynanet continued building its team with HHS COO Brian Rabin, while CVP recruited VA leader Amanda McQuillan as Executive Director for Business Transformation. GDIT also added Erica Lewis to Federal Health while generating engagement from two new awards, a $35M CMS Drug Data Processing and Payment Reconciliation System Support BPA and an NIH NIAID ServiceNow task won over four competitors.

VA and federal health work stayed active. Blue Water Thinking and TechWerks were among several companies named to the $175M Business Enterprise Professional Technology Support Services IDIQ. The Artemis Arc and Aptive joint venture beat out eight competitors to secure a $9M VA VFMP Modernization task on IHT 2.0. Guidehouse added a VA Customer Experience Support Services contract. DLH beat out four competitors for a $44M NIH NHLBI Scientific Enterprise Technology Services task, while T&T continued its NIH momentum with a NINDS development and solution support win. RELI Group also secured CDC RMF and Cloud Security Operations Support.

Civilian modernization brought another wave of attention. GSA FAS inked a $463M Cloud Services Operational Support and Modernization contract with AWS. Tenfold beat out 18 competitors to secure GSA Proving Ground strategy and data analysis support. Ocean Associates (OAI) topped 25 competitors for a NOAA NFSC Quantitative Analysis Support task, while FYI added another GSA win supporting OHRM staffing. Hunter Strategy also picked up a $17M Coast Guard Program Management and Information Assurance contract.

Defense and mission support rounded out the awards. KSA Integration secured Marine Corps Substance Abuse Program support work. Nüvitek surfaced as the intended awardee for an Air Force Financial Management Enterprise IT Support contract. A Nakupuna subsidiary generated strong interest after landing a $100M Navy Next Generation C4I Integration contract.

Innovation closed out the day. BridgePhase launched Synapse Secure Coding Ecosystem, the first solution to emerge from BridgePhase Labs, moving its reusable federal software strategy from concept into a tangible offering.
