Attention across Arctas today followed scale. Big mission awards, competitive technology wins, and experienced talent moving into new roles gave the market plenty to watch.

Leadership and growth moves opened the conversation. Oliver Queen, a growth and OASIS+ SME, joined Arctas Category Leader ENcompass. Rick Gravel moved to VetsEZ supporting VA, while Peraton recruited Army tactical IT and digital transformation leader Osvaldo Ortiz.

Deloitte generated strong engagement with two wins spanning homeland security and law enforcement. The company secured a $99M DHS HSI IT Portfolio Training and Communication Support Services BPA, then added a $14M FBI Enterprise Business Intelligence and Analytics contract after beating out two competitors. At NIH, NTT DATA beat out four competitors to win a $35M Enterprise Software Development Support task on NEAT, while Booz Allen topped three for a $33M Enterprise Content Management Support Services task on the same vehicle.

Civilian modernization remained active. AGovX beat out 17 competitors to secure IRS Network and Communication Infrastructure Support work. Horizon added a $20M DOL Case Management Modernization contract, while an Illumen-led joint venture secured $13M in Census IT Infrastructure and Operations awards. NDi gained traction with an FAA AIT and ASP Programs Strategy and Performance Services task on ITIPSS. Blue Water Thinking continued its VA momentum, beating out three competitors for an Emergency Department Physician Staffing task on ICSP. CTAC also surfaced after being awarded a position on the DOT Web Agility 3 BPA.

Defense awards brought scale to the day. Akima secured a $98M Navy NAWCTSD Cyber Contractor Support Services IDIQ, while Sentar was selected for a $278M NIWC Pacific multiple-award IDIQ. OMNI generated significant attention with a $148M Space Force Systems Command Acquisition Support contract. MetroStar added an Air Force Integrated Respirator Information System support award, and DEFTEC secured a $12M B-21 Program Integration Office Advisory and Assistance Support task.
