Today’s Arctas activity showed companies strengthening their positions from both directions. Strategic teaming and vehicle access opened new doors, while competitive wins converted that positioning into real federal work.

Vehicle and teaming momentum set the early tone. A Zolon-led joint venture gained visibility with a position on DHS Architecture, Development, and Platform Technical Services 2.0. Amyx and R&K also surfaced after being awarded a spot on the GSA Polaris SDVOSB GWAC. Ibility added to the activity supporting Shield Analysis Technology as a subcontractor on the DEVCOM Army Research Laboratory Outreach Support IDIQ.

Competitive civilian agency wins quickly followed. Easy Dynamics surged after beating out 12 competitors to secure a $40M USDA NRCS Operations Teams task on STRATUS. StrategyGen added a CMS No Surprises Act Selected Dispute Resolution Entity support contract, while Acumen secured BPCI Advanced support work on RMADA 2.0. Deloitte gained traction with an FDA Unified Information Governance Program support task. The Artemis Arc and Aptive joint venture continued its VA momentum with another ICSP win supporting Facilities Management Technical Services.

Cybersecurity and enterprise systems drove another wave of attention. Quantum Sky beat out six competitors to win a $60M DOJ Classified Systems Cybersecurity task. HarmonyTech topped nine competitors for an SEC Business and Technology Support Services contract. Bravo secured Treasury TIGTA electronic records management support, while DWBH beat out five competitors for BEP Supply Chain Operations Support. Liona Enterprises added a $6M IRS Bank Secrecy Analytics task on DAIS 2.0, and Global Alliant continued its NLRB momentum with an Atlas User Acceptance Testing and Deployment task.

Defense and mission support rounded out the day. KSA secured a Marine Corps Wounded Warrior Call Center Support bridge contract. Plateau Group drew attention with a $75M Army Environmental Program Data, Helpdesk, and Technical Support IDIQ. A-P-T added a $61M Missile Defense Agency Quality, Safety, and Mission Assurance Directorate support task, while Kreative secured Air Force Case Management Tracking Analysis and Reporting System work.

No flash required. Just smart positioning, competitive wins, and companies converting access into opportunity.
