Arctas activity today clustered around a small group of firms making meaningful moves.

Leadership and ecosystem signals set the early tone. Navaide drew attention after recruiting Dwayne Shaw, formerly an Office of the Secretary of Defense RPA and Information Assurance lead. Partner Forces also generated interest after a joint venture was named among the prime awardees on the OASIS+ SDVOSB contract. iTechAG surfaced supporting the launch of the National Science Foundation Tech Accelerators initiative.

Contract momentum quickly followed. Global Alliant gained traction after securing the HHS HRSA Fraud Detection and Management Platform contract. Discover Technologies moved up with an FDA CDER Microsoft 365 support task, while RTI registered engagement after landing CDC Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance support work. AttainX beat out three competitors to secure a CISA End-to-End Integration Support task on 8(a) STARS III. Guidehouse added to its momentum with a $20M HUD Ginnie Mae Modeling Research Support contract.

Civilian and transportation work rounded out the day. iCatalyst picked up interest after securing a $10M FAA Hayburner Support IDIQ. DDC gained traction with an Air Force Contract Administration Support Services award.

Defense and mission support drove sustained engagement. STOPSO moved up after securing an Army ASA (FM&C) Information Management contract. ALEX beat out 11 competitors to win a Marine Corps TECOM Analysis and Data Science Support contract. DecisionPoint continued its strong run, adding a $52M DoDEA DCIPS IT Support task under VETS 2.
