Today’s Arctas activity brought a mix of federal health cybersecurity awards, competitive civilian agency wins, and experienced growth leaders moving into position as FY27 gains momentum.

Federal health and cybersecurity set the early pace. HHS HRSA named seven awardees to its $47M Division of Cyber Security and Privacy Services Support BPA, including the AGovX and 22nd Century Technologies joint venture, Argus Secure Technology, Crest Security Assurance, CyberData Technologies, Emagine IT, Valiant Solutions, and Koniag. The awards expand opportunities for these firms to support cybersecurity and privacy requirements across the agency.

Leadership and growth moves added another layer. On the heels of major CMS wins, Tech2i recruited former CMS data and systems leader Greg McGuigan, adding experienced federal health expertise to its team. Precise Software Solutions also strengthened its growth organization, naming Kathy Chao and Jordan Atkinson to Vice President roles supporting business development and capture in federal health.

Competitive civilian agency wins continued to build. Accenture beat out eight competitors to secure a $75M SSA Ticket to Work Program Manager contract. Chevo continued its momentum, topping 18 competitors to win a DOL Grants Life Cycle Mission Support BPA. Ripple Effect beat out 12 competitors for USDA Agricultural Marketing Service Public Comment Processing and Reporting work, while Zip Zap IT secured an Education Department Capital Planning and Investment Control Services contract.

Defense and acquisition modernization brought another wave of activity. KPMG secured a DSS Acquisition and Technology Transformation Support contract, while Booz Allen Hamilton added a $50M DLA Military Unique Sustainment Technology III IDIQ.

Market intelligence and new tools rounded out the day. GovEagle launched a suite of free federal market research tools designed to help contractors explore companies, agencies, and NAICS codes, adding another resource for teams evaluating opportunities and competitive positioning.

Federal health cybersecurity, competitive agency awards, and companies strengthening their growth benches. November’s early activity is already creating new opportunities across the market.
