Acquisitions led today’s Arctas activity, but the bigger story was how companies are positioning themselves for the next phase of federal growth. Defense expansion, cloud modernization, AI partnerships, and experienced leadership all played a part.

Andy McEnroe was promoted to Chief Development Officer at GRVTY, while Ted Fenn joined Ad Hoc and Nathan Rychlik moved to GovDash. B&A and NetWitness also announced a partnership focused on strengthening public sector IT and OT cybersecurity.
AI, cloud, and mission technology continued to build. Knox and Palantir partnered to accelerate software delivery through Knox’s federal cloud platform. Onebrief added an Army contract supporting the Next Generation Command and Control application ecosystem, while HII generated strong engagement after beating out six competitors to secure a $333M Air Force Enterprise Service Solution CSO under Tradewinds.
