Arctas: Moving the Needle 10.06.26 – GovBrew, Hidden River Group, RELI Group, HORUS, ITC Federal, Ghostwerks, Peraton, ICF, Premier, Softek, FEDITC, CGI, E-AIM, Tria, BDR Solutions

Today’s biggest move came from GovBrew. Just days after the acquisition of its media properties and assets, federal industry leader Lisa Shea Mundt was named CEO, taking the helm to lead the platform’s strategy, content, partnerships, growth, and next chapter.

Leadership and strategic positioning continued across the market. Hidden River Group generated attention after being named an OpenAI Select Partner. ITC Federal continued its growth push, recruiting former TSA CIO Yemi Oshinnaiye as Chief Technology Officer. Ghostwerks named Dr. Anthony Pezzano Chief Innovation Officer, while Peraton strengthened its defense organization by recruiting Army acquisition and technology leaders Jennifer Swanson and Danielle Moyer.

Federal health brought another wave of activity. Premier stacked two major HHS awards, securing a $47M Maternal Morbidity and Mortality Data and Analysis Initiative contract and a $51M Fertility Data and Analysis Initiative contract. ICF added a $15M HHS Office of Refugee Resettlement Child Protection Abuse Prevention Audits award.

AI and mission technology continued moving deeper into operations. A Softek and FEDITC joint venture secured a CISA AI Digital Solution Development, Automation, and Infrastructure task. CGI built momentum across law enforcement with DOJ Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Prevention Platform Support Services and an FBI Project HELIOS task on ITSSS-2.

Homeland security and civilian agency work stayed active. RELI Group secured continued TSA Vetting Analysis Division Program Management Support. HORUS Technology Solutions added an FMCS Application Development and Support BPA. DOT moved forward with an $11M FTA Logistical and Conference Planning Support BPA, while E-AIM secured a $10M FMCSA IT Investment and Funds Management Services task.

Defense rounded out the activity. The Tria and BDR Solutions joint venture secured a $12M DIA Directorate for Operations ITECH-FM contract.

New leadership, strategic partnerships, and AI moving deeper into operational missions. That’s where the attention landed today.
