Today’s Arctas activity highlighted another strong mix of competitive wins, leadership moves, and strategic partnerships shaping the federal market.

Leadership and partnership activity set the early tone. Kalid Tarapolsi was promoted to Chief Operating Officer at Aquia, reinforcing the company’s continued growth. Trilogy Federal generated engagement after announcing a new partnership with Workiva. Hyland Company also surfaced after achieving SBA Woman-Owned Small Business certification, while Signature Performance and Harbor Site Technologies launched the Harbor Site Signature Group joint venture.

Contract momentum quickly followed. ICF gained traction after securing a $17M DHS SWIFT Call Center as a Service task. Defense and mission support rounded out the day. YSG beat out 11 competitors to secure a $52M Air Force Warfighter Training Support Services contract. Odyssey generated significant engagement after landing a $934M Air Force 96th Cyber Security Test Group support contract.
