Arctas: Moving the Needle 04.29.26 – Everforth ECS, Leidos, USA InfoTech, IPRO, BDR Solutions, Amyx, VivSoft, HighPoint, GAMA-1

A quick scan of Arctas activity today shows a handful of companies pulling ahead, driven by very specific moves.

Brand evolution and leadership momentum set the early tone. Following its acquisition, ECS drew strong attention rebranding to Everforth ECS. Leidos added to the day’s movement with the recruitment of longtime CIA SES leader Joe Coffey and DHS digital modernization leader Cody Crocker.

Contract momentum quickly took over. USA InfoTech gained traction after beating out four competitors to secure an $8M CMS Contact Center CSR Quality Audit contract. IPRO followed with a CMS ESRD Kidney Health Analytics and Responsive Emergency Support task. BDR Solutions continued its run adding VA GLA Healthcare System logistics and acquisition operations support work on VECTOR.

Defense and enterprise work rounded out the day. Leidos registered additional engagement with a new Air Force Data Operation Services IDIQ win. The Amyx and VivSoft joint venture picked up interest after being awarded a DLA V Umbrella Suite of Applications task.

Capability and modernization signals closed out the activity. HighPoint surfaced after being recognized as a Registered Provider Organization for CMMC consulting services. GAMA-1 drew attention supporting NOAA’s data driven modernization efforts and mission delivery.

No noise. Just executives, program wins, and capability signals shaping attention.
