A quick pulse check on Arctas today highlights a few firms that moved the market conversation.

M&A and capital activity led early interest. By Light drew attention after acquiring OASIS+ prime Dignitas Technologies, expanding modeling, simulation, and virtual training capabilities. Tharros also moved up following venture investment from Blue Delta to scale federal cybersecurity solutions.

Leadership moves followed. Constellis registered strong engagement after recruiting Dan Gelston from C3 AI as CEO. LMI picked up interest with former TSA portfolio lead Emily Mark joining. Aptive added momentum after bringing on former CDC Data Readiness and Response chief Adi Gundlapalli. Forterra drew views with Charlotte Rhee coming aboard, while StratasCorp named Tim Norell as Chief Growth Officer and Amivero tapped Chris Austin to drive Customer Success.

Contract wins rounded out the day. Emagine IT surged after beating out 11 competitors to secure a $40M CMS GRACE Program Security and Risk Management Modernization contract. TechAnax led a joint venture to a $150M USAID Institutional Support for Closeout award. Silotech Group also gained attention after a subsidiary was selected for the GSA Polaris WOSB pre award list.

Ecosystem signals continued to build. Newly approved joint ventures led by Bart and Associates, Quantum Vetting, TIAG and Saliense, Conceras, and Precise Cyber generated sustained interest. Multi time Elev8 GovCon honoree ivision also drew engagement sharing how trust, technology investment, and flexibility continue to fuel growth in a shifting federal landscape.

No theatrics. Just leadership, contracts, and capabilities doing the work.
