Arctas activity today clustered around a small group of firms making meaningful moves.
Leadership changes led early interest. EnProVera named Sonia Mundra as COO, while Flatter promoted Karnita McElveen into the same role. IntelliDyne followed with Matt Bringman appointed Chief Operating Officer. Kentro promoted JT Robinson to CTO, Axonius tapped Joe Diamond as Interim CEO, and FHAS added Gary Stegman as Vice President of Federal Markets.
Brand and positioning also drove engagement. Chevo drew attention around its recent rebrand, with co founder Phil Sahady outlining how it builds on a long-standing people-first culture. That theme carried through a Shelley McGuire conversation with Xemplify IT founder Barqat Bari on what it means to rebrand with purpose.
Contract momentum rounded out the day. Peraton surged after beating out eight competitors to win a $56M CMS DMEPOS Claims Processing System support contract. The TechSur and REI joint venture followed with a $16M FDA FURLS support win. Spahr and TekSynap gained traction with a $13M DOI BOEM Data Management BPA, while RHO registered interest after partnering with Rios Partners on VA IHT 2.0.
No buzzwords. Just leadership changes, program wins, and capability signals.
