With fiscal year-end pressure building, today’s Arctas activity showed companies moving on multiple fronts. Major digital modernization awards, new partnerships, product bets, and proven federal leaders all pulled attention.

Leadership and strategic positioning set the early pace. Kathryn Wetherby joined Scope Infotech from CMS as Chief Strategy Officer. Former Navy SMWDC Deputy Director Nakia Cooper moved to Bart & Associates as Chief Enablement Officer, while Sladjana Duranski stepped into a new role at DecisionPoint. Shearwater and TekSynap also generated interest announcing a new joint venture.

Digital delivery and platform innovation added to the conversation. Rise8 launched Outcome Factory, putting its own revenue behind a 180-day delivery commitment. PrimeRFP expanded SCOUT with integrations for HubSpot, Salesforce, and Dynamics. HXG1 also drew attention examining what a recent Navy award says about the relationship between best value and price in federal competitions.

USCIS modernization drove a major cluster of activity. BridgePhase secured a $78M ODOS DevSecOps and UX/UI Design Services contract. Tria added a $68M award for the same mission, while the REI and ADG joint venture secured a $68M ODOS DevSecOps and UX/UI Design Services contract plus another $31M for Infrastructure and Integration Services.

VA and federal health stayed active. Deloitte beat out seven competitors to win a $200M VA Technology Acquisition Center IT Support task on Alliant 2. The Ibility and Trilogy Federal joint venture continued its IHT 2.0 momentum, beating out three competitors for a Population Survey task. Solvet added a Nurse Services IDIQ, while Technical Assent beat out two competitors for VEO Community Challenge Award Services. TISTA secured Clinical Data Abstraction Center Data Validation work, Cognizance added FDA OCS Clinical and Nonclinical Services Support, and MicroHealth picked up HRSA 340B OPA Information System DME support. Acumen and National Consulting Partners added CMS and NIH wins, while srcLogic secured a $21M NIA Initiative Tracking System Software Support contract.

Civilian modernization rounded out the day. Jazz Solutions stacked two Education Department FSA awards supporting Integrated Technical Architecture and ESB Integration Services. MBL Technologies beat out three competitors for CFTC Privacy Program Support Services. Blake Willson Group added USDA ARS RMF Support, while Wits Solutions topped 13 competitors to win NPS FOIA Analytical and Program Support. Obsidian Global also secured a $26M NRC M365 and PowerApps Workforce Reinforcement contract.

Year-end is getting louder. Big digital awards, sharper delivery bets, and companies positioning talent and partnerships for the next wave of work.
