Talent and organizational growth helped set the pace. Paul Baumgartner joined Oddball supporting Federal Health, while Benjamin Beatty moved to RGP. Avion Solutions also generated attention announcing its move to a new corporate headquarters in Huntsville.
AI, health, and acquisition work drove another wave of engagement. Raft drew significant interest after securing a $99M Army enterprise contract to accelerate delivery of data and AI capabilities. The Amyx and VivSoft joint venture added major momentum with six task wins under the DHA Contracting and Acquisition Support Services IDIQ. A Cognizance-led joint venture secured FDA Generic Drug User Fee Amendments support work, while Guidehouse added an NIH NCI Collaborative Research Exchange Platform Program Management task.
Homeland security remained active. The Cinteot and iWorks joint venture secured Coast Guard Intelligence Coordination Center IT Support work, while Swingtech added a Coast Guard SFLC BOD Business Performance and Data Support Services contract. An Impyrian-led joint venture picked up a CBP IT Services award, and Quasars gained traction with a $12M TSA Online Learning Center LMS Helpdesk Support contract.
Defense and mission modernization rounded out the day. Accenture beat out 13 competitors to secure an Army Cloud-Onboarding Automation and Financial Operations contract. Nemean added a $10M Marine Corps Intelligence and Cyberspace Operations IDIQ. Frontier Technologies beat out five competitors for Navy IBM support, while Chitra topped five to win a $25M Navy Readiness Based Sparing Modeling Services task. C5T also surfaced after beating out eight competitors for a USTRANSCOM Mission Assurance task on OASIS.
