Federal health led the activity. Excella generated strong interest after securing a $138M HHS OIG Data Analytics Support Services BPA. Paltech beat out two competitors to win NIH Learning Management System Support Services work, while PFS continued its VA momentum with a Women Veterans Quality Improvement Project Phase II task on IHT 2.0. MicroHealth added a DOE CA and Facilities Information Management Systems support contract, and Deloitte secured a DHA J6 Portfolio Rationalization Business Analytics Support task on Alliant 2.
Data, cyber, and workforce modernization quickly followed. Brite Systems gained traction with an SBA Data Platform Modernization task on 8(a) STARS III. SoKat continued its run, adding an IRS OCIO Technical Workforce Development and Training task. CSA picked up a USDA OCIO DAITO IT Cyber Security Support Services contract, while Heartland Consulting beat out four competitors to secure DOI BIA Budget Execution Support work.
Defense modernization drove another wave of engagement. Tiber Creek AI secured an Army National Guard Professional Education Center IT Support task on ITES 3-S. Agile Defense generated significant attention after being awarded a $250M Navy IDIQ supporting Logistics IT Modernization.
Customer experience and vehicle positioning rounded out the day. TTEC Government Solutions moved up after securing a $21M contract to modernize IRS contact center infrastructure. Centennial Technologies also surfaced after its GSA 8(a) STARS III contract was renewed.
