Arctas engagement today leaned heavily toward companies making clear, consequential moves.
Leadership and community signals set the early tone. Jen Walker joined OASIS as Chief Operating Officer, while Kristin Gowers moved to Maximus and Heather Clary joined Skyward IT Solutions supporting CMS initiatives. Community engagement also surfaced around ZenPoint Solutions, with highly viewed commentary highlighting the company’s reputation for integrity, transparency, and partner-first collaboration.
Contract momentum quickly followed. Global Alliant gained traction after securing a $25M CMS CMCS DSG Salesforce Development and Implementation contract. Tarkik Solutions beat out four competitors to win a $14M CBP CTPAT Portal Development task on ESB. The GoHPT and ISHPI joint venture continued its momentum with another Coast Guard win, adding ACCAS Services support work. OAI moved up after beating out three competitors to secure a NOAA SWFSC Ecosystem Science Division support task on ProTech 2.0.
Defense and mission support work drove sustained engagement. MartinFed beat out five competitors to secure a $31M DOJ EOUSA Cybersecurity Staff Support Services contract. CACI drew strong interest after landing a $53M DoD Next Generation Resource Management System support contract. TAPE, alongside partner AMSG, gained visibility with a U.S. Army AVCOE G-5 BATS award. GDIT rounded out the day with a $60M Navy ARD Scientific, Engineering, and Technical Support task on SeaPort NxG.
No spin. Just experienced leaders, concrete wins, and market relevant moves.
