Today’s Arctas activity stretched from AI-enabled compliance and cybersecurity to major mission support awards, with competitive wins and forward-looking market intelligence driving attention.
Federal health and AI work set the early pace. Mettle Solutions beat out four competitors to secure a CMS AI-Enabled Provider Compliance Self-Assessment Tool Development and Deployment task. Deloitte added a $140M CMS HSPD-12 Credentialing Support contract. AZ Cyber Security Solutions surged after beating out 45 competitors to win a $35M NIH Information Security Program Support Services contract, while a CMCI-led joint venture beat out 15 for a $26M HRSA End User IT Support Services task. CyKor and Tria also gained traction with a $42M contract to modernize VA’s Community Care Network Provider Directory.
Competitive civilian agency wins followed. ICF generated strong engagement with two awards, beating out 39 competitors for a $95M NSF TIP Science, Engineering, Analytical, and Technical Support Services BPA and adding an $11M CDC DHP DCC task. GDIT beat out three competitors to secure a $43M USCIS Enterprise Automation Unified Task Orchestration IT Support contract. The Prudent Technology and FedTec Reply joint venture topped 14 competitors for an IRS Criminal Investigation Management Information System Support contract. Excidion also beat out five for CPSC eFiling Technical Service Desk Support, while FedWriters secured a NIST UX Augmented Reality Support task.
Defense and mission support drove another wave of activity. AMERICAN SYSTEMS landed a $114M DoD Office of the Secretary of Defense Engineering, Technical and Program Management Support Services task. Akima secured a $36M USSOCOM SOF Training, Readiness Integration and Governance task, while LMI added a USTRANSCOM PILLARSS Instruction task.
Innovation and market intelligence rounded out the day. Bravent’s Braible™ was deemed awardable on the Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace. Laurel Health Advisors surfaced after Maryland selected the firm to produce a statewide primary care needs assessment. Capture 411 released its latest field guide on applying CIA tradecraft to shaping GovCon opportunities. GovDash also drew attention with its latest market report and a conversation featuring Brittany Winkler, examining the surge in pre-RFP opportunities and new competitive gates emerging as contractors look toward FY2027.
