Arctas activity today clustered around a small group of firms making meaningful moves.

Leadership and growth signals set the early tone. DSS subsidiary SBG drew attention after selecting Chris Jackson to lead growth, reinforcing its position as a major VA partner. Silotech Group followed with Jim Enicks stepping in as President.

Contract momentum quickly followed. Leidos gained traction after beating out 13 competitors to secure a $17M SSA Web Content Management System BPA. ICF moved up with an FDA openFDA platform support win, while IT-CNP added to its momentum securing an HHS ASPE cloud hosting task on the NGITS Application Hosting BPA. Mathematica also registered interest with a $19M HHS ACF OPRE NSDS support contract. GDIT picked up engagement after landing a $17M DOL EFAST2 support contract.

Competition driven wins continued across civilian agencies. Censeo drew views after being awarded an FCC Supply Chain Reimbursement Program payment process review task. TJFact surged after beating out 22 competitors to win a State Department Program and Procurement Support task. Redhorse gained attention with an OUSW A&S acquisition digitization prototype OTA.

Platform, partnership, and positioning signals rounded out the day. CGI surfaced after entering a strategic collaboration with AWS to accelerate public sector AI and digital transformation. MTSI also registered activity after relocating its headquarters to Metro Park in Alexandria.

No noise. Just executives, program wins, and capability signals shaping attention.
