Arctas activity today clustered around a small group of firms making meaningful moves.

Leadership and talent movement set the early tone. SNAP drew attention with former USDA executive Elvera Gleaton stepping in as SVP. Xcelerate Solutions followed with dual additions, Ruth-Ann Nowakowski supporting Defense and Jeffrey Keen focused on FedCiv.

Contract momentum quickly followed. The Ibility and Trilogy Federal joint venture moved up after winning the VA Healthcare Technology Management Nuvolo operations task. JBA gained traction after beating out 14 competitors to secure the HHS Children’s Bureau Grant Evaluations Technical Assistance contract. Code360 registered interest with a CDC EHR Data Processing and Analytics award. FedTec surged after landing a $115M SSA Cybersecurity Support Services task.

Civilian and mission support work rounded out the day. JPI drew views after securing a Coast Guard Office of Public Affairs website redesign contract. Centuria gained attention with a $42M NOAA Next Gen Weather Radar system support BPA. Flexion added to its momentum with a $37.6M GSA AROS DevSecOps support task.

Platform and ecosystem signals continued to build. Pyramid Systems surfaced after AIR-Quire was deemed awardable on the Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace. Concept Plus also registered engagement recognizing FXP honoree EXMED C4IT.
