Arctas. Moving the Needle. 03.03.26 Leidos, Guidehouse, IT-Strat, eSimplicity, ACS, By Light, Concept Plus, Thoughtworks, Thunderyard, Nava, Pyramid Systems

Today’s Arctas traffic tells a familiar story. A few organizations surged, and the reasons were easy to spot.

Leadership and strategic talent moves led early engagement. Leidos drew attention with Jennifer Ferreira joining its Airports, Borders and Security business. Guidehouse followed after former VA Chief Product Officer and DCIO Carrie Lee came aboard to strengthen its Federal Health portfolio.

Major contract activity quickly took over. IT-Strat generated significant interest after securing a $600M CBP Application Development and O&M BPA. eSimplicity picked up traction with a $16M NIH NHLBI ITAC Software Development contract. The ACS and By Light joint venture beat out four competitors to win a $9M VA IT Workforce Certification Courses contract. Concept Plus added to its momentum with a $52M Air Force Reliability and Maintainability Information System Support task.

Modernization and platform signals rounded out the day. Thoughtworks surfaced as part of the team supporting VA’s Ambient Scribe rollout and post MVP development work. Thunderyard Solutions announced its designation as a Pegasystems Authorized Partner. Nava gained attention with a contract supporting Illinois’ unemployment insurance program. Pyramid Systems drew views after being awarded a HUD contract to deploy its AIR Quire AI enabled acquisition modernization platform.

No theatrics. Just leadership, contracts, and capabilities doing the work.
