Arctas. Moving the Needle. 02.06.26 Woven Solutions, SimIS, DirectViz, Valkyrie, ISI, AMDEX, FedWriters, OMNI, Artemis & RIOS

Arctas engagement today leaned heavily toward companies making clear, consequential moves.

Leadership and strategic shifts set the pace early. SimIS drew attention after former CBP strategy executive Tobin Ruff joined. DirectViz Solutions followed with John Epperly stepping into the CEO role. Valkyrie Enterprises also registered strong interest after naming Josh Jackson as CEO, while ISI picked up momentum recruiting Jody Stoehr to drive strategic partnerships and ecosystem development.

M&A activity added fuel. Woven Solutions saw a noticeable bump following its acquisition of Apira Technologies, signaling expanded capabilities and a broader delivery footprint.

Contract wins and mission focused work rounded out the day. AMDEX gained traction after beating out five competitors to secure a $17M CDC Informatics Services and Support task on CIO SP3 SB. FedWriters followed with a spike in attention after beating out 14 to win a $22M Department of Labor ETA RANPA campaign support contract. OMNI drew views after being selected by the Missile Defense Agency to accelerate efforts to build AI enabled procurement software. Artemis Connection also moved up after partnering with Rios Partners on VA IHT 2.0.

No spin. Just experienced leaders, concrete wins, and market relevant moves.
