Today’s Arctas activity moved across innovation, leadership, and major mission awards, with companies investing in reusable technology, experienced talent, and long-term federal programs.

Innovation and leadership set the early tone. BridgePhase launched BridgePhase Labs, focused on reusable, production-ready software foundations for recurring federal mission challenges. Brittany Winkler was tapped as Head of Industry Relations at GovDash, while Sherly Binu joined Mathematica bringing health and CMS expertise. The Emmes Group also generated attention naming Dr. Rama Kondru Chief Executive Officer while an Emmes subsidiary added an NIH NCI Clinical Reporting and Research Informatics support task.

Federal health continued to drive engagement. Aquia surfaced supporting the $101M CMS Security, Innovation, and Operations contract. Cognizance, as part of the VSG joint venture, added an FDA Office of Generic Drugs task. Equinoxys surged after beating out two competitors to win a $145M FDA Financial Systems Support Services BPA. Publicis Sapient added a $12M HRSA UDS PLS Implementation and Support task, while Axle beat out three competitors to secure NIH NIGMS Grants Management Specialist Support work.

VA and civilian agency momentum followed. BDR Solutions continued its run with another VA VECTOR task. The Artemis Arc and Aptive joint venture beat out eight competitors to secure a VA OSP Sprints task on IHT 2.0. AITHERAS added another USDA win, beating out four competitors for OCIO Remedy Support Services. Akima secured FBI NDCAC Tech Resource Group Help Desk Operations support, while DullesSystems added a Navy Office Management Services contract.

Defense modernization brought scale to the day. LMI leveraged SBIR Phase III to secure an Army Digital Solution Assessment task supporting GOCO facility asset management and manufacturing capability. Leidos generated significant engagement with a $301M Army Information Network Cyber Defense contract. TMC Technologies also drew attention marking a decade of digital engineering innovation with NOS3.
