VA and federal health activity set the early pace. CFT beat out 12 competitors to secure the VA Enterprise Cybersecurity Program Audit Support contract, while SIE beat out 19 for IT Asset Management Program Management Support. GDIT generated strong engagement with two NIH wins, beating out four competitors for NIAID Network and Cybersecurity Support while also landing a $36M NIA Data Access, Cloud Platform, and Data Management task. Tribility added another VA win supporting Community CCN-NG and Veterans Family Member Program EDI.
Data and digital modernization continued to draw attention. MindPetal picked up its first win on the CPSC Data Analytics Support BPA. NORC secured a $17M Education Department IES Data Repository and Restricted Use Data Program contract, while Anika Systems added an NSF OCHCO LMS Learning Support task. Mobomo also surfaced with a Selective Service System Website Modernization award.
Defense and cybersecurity work drove another wave of activity. An AGovX-led joint venture continued its momentum with NGA VERTEX Task Order 3. SG2 beat out four competitors to win a $48M Navy NAVAIR Program Management task, while DivIHN added Air Force Reserve Command and Air National Guard Health Records Systems work. Delviom surged after beating out 24 competitors for a $32M DOJ IT Cyber Security Support Services contract. eSimplicity also gained traction with a DISA Electromagnetic Spectrum Engineering and Applied Engineering award. Link Solutions kicked off its $97M Army Research Lab IT Modernization Support task.
Partnerships, platforms, and market positioning rounded out the day. ENcompass generated attention after being recognized by OrangeSlices and Arctas as a Growth & Capture Services leader, then added to the momentum by announcing an exclusive OASIS+ collaboration with Mild Red. GovDash unveiled AI Agent Connectors functionality, while GovSignals surfaced as the first venture-backed company selected to run a consortium on behalf of the DoD. MacMore earned a spot on the CFPB Cloud Services BPA, and the Vaultes and Bixal joint venture saw its GSA 8(a) STARS III GWAC extended.
