Today’s Arctas activity reflected a familiar pattern. AI adoption, enterprise modernization, and competitive contract wins continued to define where the market’s attention landed.

AI and strategic positioning set the early tone. AET Federal and Supervity generated engagement after partnering to help agencies transition critical operational work using AI. Diné Development surfaced after its AI-driven Legacy Modernization Solution was deemed Awardable on the DoD CDAO Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace. Procurement Sciences also drew attention hosting a webinar exploring how AI agents are changing proposal evaluation and what contractors need to do to stay competitive. PrimeRFP generated interest after announcing it now supplies the OrangeSlices Arctas Directory with federal market intelligence, strengthening the data behind the platform.

Contract momentum quickly followed. TekSynap gained traction after securing the NRC SNCC 2.0 Enterprise IT Operations and Modernization Support task. ARC continued its strong run, beating out nine competitors to win another Air Force Military and Family Readiness Center support contract. Nemean picked up visibility after securing the Army INSCOM Corporate System Architecture contract.

Federal health and civilian agency work drove sustained engagement. ArcheSys beat out three competitors to secure CMS ADOS DevSecOps and Agile Governance support. NORC added a CMS CCBHC Demonstration Technical Assistance task on RMADA 2. Entarian continued its momentum with a $14M HHS Next Generation IT Services Application Hosting task.

Mission support and modernization rounded out the day. AttainX won NOAA NMFS Database Operations and Infrastructure IT Services work. Omnicom secured a Department of Commerce Statistical Modernization Support task. The AGovX and 22nd Century joint venture gained traction after winning a $34M IRS Contact Center Enterprise Technical Integration contract. Cavan Solutions picked up a $29M FAA Operational Traffic Management Support task. Kizano beat out three competitors to secure a $15M USGS Earthquake Science Center IDIQ, while AEM surfaced with an AmeriCorps Financial Data Reform and AIM Data Infrastructure Modernization award.

No noise. Just executives, program wins, and capability signals shaping attention.
