Today’s Arctas activity centered on AI, cybersecurity, and modernization efforts, with several firms building on recent momentum through major contract wins and strategic investments.

M&A, innovation, and platform strategy set the early tone. Leonardo DRS generated significant attention announcing its acquisition of Raft, expanding capabilities in AI, data fusion, and mission software. Unissant also surfaced with the launch of MissionWORKS™, a lab-to-field innovation model designed to accelerate mission adoption. CANA gained visibility after joining DEFCON AI as a teaming partner on the $115M Marine Corps Logistics Modernization Prototype Agreement.

Contract momentum quickly followed. Deloitte gained traction after securing a $31M CMS Innovation Center Models Analytic Support task. AMDEX added an $11M CMS Healthcare Quality Improvement and Beneficiary Survey Support contract, while Amentum picked up an HHS PSC Low-Code Application Platform support task. Metrics beat out 14 competitors to secure a VA Procurement Decision Makers FARM support contract. The PCS and Zolon joint venture generated strong engagement after winning a $61M FBI Advanced Support Services for Information Systems and Technology task.

Civilian agency work continued to drive visibility. ITCON added another USDA Food and Nutrition Service Retailer File System support task, while Soft Tech secured a Department of Labor DEWS Application Development contract. NSI also moved up after winning a $16M Navy Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation support task.

Defense and enterprise modernization rounded out the day. Everforth ECS surged after securing a $115M Army AI Research and Engineering contract supporting the Nautilus Program. The FSOne and FEDITC joint venture added a $43M Army Cybersecurity and Program Protection contract, while Xcelerate generated strong interest after securing an $87M DHRA CYBER PRIMES task supporting cybersecurity, privacy, records, and information management.
