Today’s Arctas activity centered around organizations building momentum through a combination of major awards, strategic hires, and vehicle positioning.

Leadership and contract momentum converged early around eSimplicity. The company recruited longtime Accenture CMS executive Dan Frantzen to serve as Vice President and General Manager of Health while also securing a $40M CMS CCSQ Quality Data and Analytics Services II task. Laura Nelson also generated attention after joining Chugach Government Solutions as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development.

Federal health and civilian agency work continued to drive engagement. Easy Dynamics gained traction after winning a USDA Grants Modernization Initiative task on Polaris. The Zartek and Intellect Solutions joint venture beat out 17 competitors to secure USDA IT Governance Services Division support work. MindPetal continued its momentum with a $69M OSHA IT Services Portfolio contract, while TrueTandem picked up visibility after winning CDC Microsoft Azure and Power Platform consulting services.

Additional modernization efforts rounded out the day. Black Fox secured an HHS ASPR contracting and procurement services award, while REI Systems added a $12M HRSA Electronic Handbooks DME support task. OAI beat out five competitors for NOAA Fisheries ESA Section 7 support work, Ad Hoc gained traction after securing the Library of Congress Enterprise Copyright System Agile Development contract, and PST landed a $19M State Department INL IT infrastructure upgrade award.

Defense and enterprise modernization remained active. 22nd Century added a $27.5M Navy Enterprise Testing and Support Services task. Concept Plus secured a DHA TRICARE Claims Review Services bridge contract, while LMI picked up a DHA Anomalous Health Incident Research task. Hive Group generated strong engagement after winning an $82.5M Missile Defense Agency Office of Small Business Programs support contract.

Platform and vehicle positioning closed out the day. Sky Solutions introduced SkyTattvaâ„¢, its trusted AI platform for federal missions. DAS Federal, ThinkTek, and RedSky all announced GSA’s exercise of their 8(a) STARS III option periods, with DAS Federal also adding NASA SEWP VI. Abt Global and Commence surfaced after securing positions on the CMS RMADA 3 contract vehicle.
