Arctas engagement today leaned heavily toward companies making clear, consequential moves.

Leadership and growth signals set the early tone. Richard Dinnis joined CWN to strengthen growth and business development efforts. Tria Federal also generated engagement after appointing former CMS and IRS CIO Rajiv Uppal to its Advisory Board, bringing one of the most recognizable federal technology leaders into its orbit.

Contract momentum quickly followed. Magpie continued its strong run, adding a CMS Data Analysis and Performance Methodology Support contract. A NetImpact-led joint venture gained traction after securing the NIH NCI Portfolio Management Systems Support Services task. Skymantics moved up after winning the IRS Nation Phase 5 Enterprise Systems Testing Simulation task on 8(a) STARS III. APV beat out five competitors to secure an AMS Technical Support contract at USDA.

Labor and workforce support work drove additional visibility. The Makpar and NuAxis joint venture won a $16M DOL OFLC Permanent Labor Certification support contract. Fila Group secured DOL GO.Gov implementation support work, while HIP beat out four competitors to win a National Farmworker Jobs Program compliance and data analysis task.

Civilian and defense modernization rounded out the day. Groundswell continued its momentum with an Education Department Impact Aid Grant System support award. CFT gained traction after securing a $12M Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Operational Mission Analysis contract.

Vehicle positioning also surfaced as a driver of interest. OTHSolutions generated engagement after receiving an OASIS+ SDVOSB lateral springboard contract, expanding its access to future federal opportunities.

No flash required. Just smart hires, meaningful wins, and clear positioning.
