Arctas activity today clustered around a small group of firms making meaningful moves.

Leadership and partnership signals set the early tone. Michael Zurat was promoted to lead federal health growth efforts at Maximus, while Ashley Peters joined Valiant Solutions. VAAS Professionals and CKH Group also generated interest after announcing a strategic partnership focused on delivering scalable government solutions.

Contract momentum quickly followed. An Analytica-led joint venture surged after securing a $79M USCIS OIT Data and Business Intelligence Section support contract. Guidehouse gained traction with a FEMA Financial Systems Modernization Transformation Support award. KMRG beat out 24 competitors to land Army National Guard Medical Readiness Unit support services work.

Mission and intelligence support rounded out the day. Endurion drew significant attention after securing an $85M USSOCOM Identity Intelligence Operations and DOMEX services contract. Heartland Consulting gained traction with an HHS IHS TIPCAP evaluation advisory and technical assistance award. RIVA also surfaced after being named a NOAA Weather-Ready Nation Ambassador.

Platform and ecosystem activity added to the mix. Capture 411 generated interest after officially opening its virtual doors, providing free access to historical RFP documents and capture intelligence designed to help GovCon teams improve opportunity pursuit and positioning.
