Arctas engagement today leaned heavily toward companies making clear, consequential moves.

Leadership and growth signals set the early tone. Justin Janaskie was named President and COO of Endurion as the company continues its next phase following the Quiet Professionals and Spathe Systems combination. Chris Hamilton stepped into the President and CEO role at Concurrent Technologies Corporation, while Katy Phelps was appointed Chief Financial Officer at MetaPhase. Corner Alliance also picked up engagement with Frenki Kozeli joining to drive growth operations.

ITCON won a $12M FEMA outsourced contact center support task, while Ardent moved up after landing an SSA Office of Security and Resilience GIS development contract. RIVA continued its momentum with a NOAA PSL IT support services award.

Defense and mission support rounded out the day. ATX Defense secured a Marine Corps PSO Credits contract, while Alesig Consulting picked up engagement after winning an Army information management support contract. Agile Defense generated strong interest after announcing a $145M FBI intelligence analysis contract.

Innovation and modernization signals closed out the activity. CGI Federal drew attention launching an AI-powered IT modernization offering enabled by its proprietary digital workforce platform.
