Arctas: Moving the Needle 05.06.26 – A-TEK, Harkcon, RealmOne, Agile Defense, KBR, Janus Research Group, BEAT, Peraton

Arctas engagement today leaned heavily toward companies making clear, consequential moves.

Leadership and executive transition signals set the early tone. A-TEK drew attention through the latest GovCon Executive Slice spotlight featuring new COO Stephanie Cumberbatch and the company’s next phase of execution. Harkcon followed recruiting former FEMA and DHS human capital leader Jim Davis. RealmOne moved up after announcing a leadership transition and appointing Matt Ford as CEO. Agile Defense also picked up engagement with Benjamin Shotzberger joining to support DHS efforts.

Contract momentum quickly followed. KBR Mission Technology Solutions surged after receiving a $449M Army LOGCAP extension supporting operations across Europe and North America. Janus Research Group gained traction after winning an Army MICC Automated Management Support Services contract. A BEAT led joint venture registered interest after securing DHA DOEHRS IH support work. Peraton closed out the day with a Navy SLD Decision Support Tool support contract.

No spin. Just experienced leaders, concrete wins, and market relevant moves.
