A quick scan of Arctas activity today shows a handful of companies pulling ahead, driven by very specific moves.

Leadership and talent moves set the early tone. Revolutional drew attention with Mike Cosgrave stepping in as Senior Vice President and General Manager. Westat followed naming Sunitha Mathew as Chief Growth Officer. Oddball added momentum recruiting DHS AI leader Agata Ciesielski and former Kessel Run product lead Drake Rose.
