Arctas: Moving the Needle 04.23.26 – InDev, REI Systems, Concept Plus, CGS, Booz, Prometheus, BE, HeiTech, IMTAS, Anika, DT PS, Spatial Front, CACI, HyerTek, Nava, Koniag

Arctas engagement today leaned heavily toward companies making clear, consequential moves.

Leadership and growth hires set the early tone. InDev drew attention with Sean Gilman stepping in as VP of Homeland Security Programs. REI Systems followed naming Indunil Ranaviraja as Head of Mission Enablement and Innovation. Concept Plus added momentum bringing on Shawn Bennett to drive DHS programs, while CGS Federal picked up interest with Maddie Durham joining the team.

Contract momentum quickly took over. Booz Allen Hamilton surged with a $200M FDA CBER IT Systems Operations and Modernization BPA, and added to its presence with an FBI Learning IT Support Services win on Alliant 2. Prometheus gained traction securing a NIST task focused on evaluating AI and LLMs for ARPA-H care support services. Buchanan & Edwards moved up with a USDA Integrated Acquisition System support contract, while HeiTech beat out 11 competitors to land a $30M DOL BLS EDI Center Operations contract.

Civilian and national security work rounded out the day. IMTAS drew views after securing FBI Redstone Arsenal IT Desktop Support Services work. Anika Systems gained attention with an SEC Quantitative Analysis Support Services task. DT Professional Services registered engagement after winning an ICE OPA Content Management Solution support contract. Spatial Front and CACI closed out the day with $82M in Army innovation, integration, and implementation solution awards.

Platform and ecosystem signals added to the mix. HyerTek surfaced after its Lynx Solution Platform was assessed as awardable by the DoD CDAO. Nava gained attention joining the Databricks partner program. Koniag Government Services also moved up after adding Imagineeer to its strategic partner program.

No noise. Just executives, program wins, and capability signals shaping attention.
