A quick scan of Arctas activity today shows a handful of companies pulling ahead, driven by very specific moves.

Leadership and growth signals set the early tone. KPMG drew attention after recruiting NIH operations executive Colleen McGowan as Managing Director. Koniag moved up with Shlomy Gantz stepping in as President for its Applied Innovation operating group, while also adding a DOE Executive Assistant Services contract. Attain Partners registered engagement with Alanna Steffens admitted to partnership. Peniel Solutions tapped Jarred Aultman as CTO, while Nava and Abt added depth with Kelly Feeney and Sunnie McClain joining their respective teams.

Contract and vehicle momentum quickly followed. The ThunderYard and Booz Allen joint venture gained traction after adding a Treasury Enterprise Cybersecurity Consolidation task. IT-CNP picked up interest after securing an HHS ICAS cloud hosting task on NGITS. Tyto Athene surged after landing a $51M Air Force Cyber Transport Systems Sustainment contract. LMI drew strong engagement leveraging SBIR Phase III to secure a $100M Space Force IDIQ supporting lifecycle logistics and readiness.

Ecosystem and positioning signals rounded out the day. Trilogy Innovations surfaced after being approved as a SkillBridge partner, expanding pathways for transitioning service members. 22nd Century also moved up after being awarded a position on GSA’s Alliant 3 vehicle.
