Arctas activity today clustered around a small group of firms making meaningful moves.

Leadership and talent movement led early interest. Rise8 drew attention after promoting Kristin Pearson to Vice President of Customer Success. Evolver followed with Sarah Fox joining to support Defense operations.

Contract momentum quickly took over. ARDX gained traction after beating out three competitors to secure a $39M CMS Marketplaces Issuer Training and Outreach support contract. MSG surged with a $107M HHS ACF Office of Head Start Monitoring Logistics Support award. PFS also moved up after securing VA Medical Technology and Phlebotomy support tasks.

Competition driven wins continued across agencies. The FedTec and 22nd Century joint venture beat out 18 to win the USPTO Enterprise Data Architecture Division Operations Support task. STOPSO picked up interest after beating out two to secure a DHS HSI LeadTrac Application Support task on CIO-SP3 SB. A Koniag subsidiary gained views after winning a $75M State Department OIG Professional Staffing Support Services BPA.

Additional civilian and defense work rounded out the day. OCT drew attention after securing a USDA NASS AI driven data infrastructure optimization contract. ASRC Federal continued its momentum with a $34M NOAA NESDIS support task. Pyramid gained traction after being awarded an $8M HUD Multifamily Housing Program Office modernization contract. Senture registered activity with a $14M GSA Government Experience Contact Center follow on award. An HII subsidiary closed out the day with a $100M US Cyber Command modernization support contract.
