Arctas: Moving the Needle 03.18.26 – Koniag, Knox Systems, Code360, TekSynap, Danti, Amyx, CGI, Agile Defense, BruckEdwards, CASE, Leidos, KBR

Scanning Arctas this morning, several names surfaced repeatedly for the same underlying reasons.

M&A and investment activity led early interest. Koniag drew attention after acquiring SoundWay Consulting’s CMMC business, expanding its cybersecurity compliance footprint. Knox Systems also surged following a $25M Series A raise aimed at scaling its AI managed cloud offering and accelerating FedRAMP timelines.

Leadership and growth moves followed. Code360 picked up engagement after recruiting former CMS CPI Division Director Joyce Davis. TekSynap moved up with Fabian Plath stepping in to lead growth and corporate development. Danti added momentum with Chip Colbert named Chief Growth Officer, while Amyx registered interest after Jamie Burkhardt joined as SVP supporting defense efforts.

Contract momentum quickly took over. CGI gained traction after beating out three competitors to secure a $198M SSA IT support services task spanning APM, RPMT, SITES, and SOHE. Agile Defense followed with a $28M FBI TSC Intelligence Analysis Services contract win. BruckEdwards drew views after landing a $39M GSA FPKIMA support contract. CASE moved up after beating out eight to secure a DLA COOP contract.

Large scale defense and enterprise work rounded out the day. Leidos generated sustained interest with a $142M DISA Special Access Program IT Enterprise Development support task. KBR also gained attention after being awarded a $95M Air Force Digital Engineering and Enterprise Decision Support contract.

No buzzwords. Just leadership changes, program wins, and capability signals.
