Arctas. Moving the Needle. 02.20.26 Dynanet, Sara Software, Rise8, RCG, TJFact, AMERICAN SYSTEMS, DCS Corp, Gray Analytics, TekSynap, Obviant, VPD

Today’s Arctas traffic tells a familiar story. A few organizations surged, and the reasons were easy to spot.

Leadership movement led early interest. Dynanet drew attention after recruiting former HHS IT executive Veronica Lomba and former FDA Office of Digital Transformation technology advisor Mia Mercer, a clear signal of continued health IT depth.

Contract momentum followed quickly. Sara Software Systems gained traction after beating out 29 competitors to win a $15M HHS Federal Occupational Health IT Staffing Support contract. Rise8 moved up after securing the VA Ambient Scribe rollout and post MVP development support contract. RCG registered activity after beating out two to win NOAA Office of Coast Survey IT Support Services work. TJFact added another State Department INL ACB CCM Office Support task to its portfolio.

Defense and national security awards drove sustained engagement. AMERICAN SYSTEMS saw strong interest after winning a $173M Navy NSWC EOD Tech Division Demonstration and Assessment Team support contract. L3Harris followed with a $50M Air Force Technical Applications Center Software Modernization IDIQ, while DCS Corp secured a $95M Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis contract. Gray Analytics gained attention with a $60M MDA Digitization, Modeling, and Automation Support IDIQ.

Vehicle positioning and partnership activity rounded out the day. TekSynap drew views after being awarded positions on the EVOLVE IDIQ. Obviant registered engagement following a contract expansion with the Under Secretary of War for Acquisition and Sustainment to accelerate acquisition transformation and digitization. VPD Government Solutions also surfaced after partnering with Titan Auxo to support the VA VHA EVOLV initiative.

No theatrics. Just leadership, contracts, and capabilities doing the work.
