M&A and platform expansion led early interest. Procurement Sciences drew attention after acquiring Rogue AI to accelerate its end-to-end GovCon AI growth platform. Agile Six and Intuitial also moved up after launching the Intuitial Six joint venture, signaling deeper alignment around delivery and innovation.

Leadership shifts followed. C5MI registered engagement after naming Deven Joshi as Chief AI Officer. GDIT picked up momentum recruiting former State Department Emerging Technologies leader Kevin Britto. Alpha Omega drew views with NASA and GSA acquisition lead Brittney Chappell joining the team. Rividium also gained traction with Tiffany Ceasor stepping in to lead Growth and Technical Mission Strategy.

Contract momentum rounded out the day. Guidehouse beat out four competitors to secure a $32M NIH Enterprise Vocabulary Services task on CIO SP3. AnaVation followed after beating out five to win a $10M DOJ ISSO task on the Cyber Security Support BPA. Intellect Solutions gained interest with a HUD Internet and Intranet Support Services task on CIO SP3 SB. At CBP, the SPAARK and Swain Techs joint venture secured a Network Systems Support contract. CORAS.ai also drew attention after landing on the Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace.

No spin. Just experienced leaders, concrete wins, and market relevant moves.
