Arctas: Moving the Needle 02.04.26 – Nava, Maximus, Decision Lens, OBXtek, HumanTouch, Auria, Intel 471, Zeneth, CVP & Core4ce

Today’s Arctas traffic tells a familiar story. A few organizations surged, and the reasons were easy to spot.

Leadership changes and growth signals led early interest. Decision Lens drew attention with Steve Tolbert stepping in as CEO. OBXtek followed after naming Michael Schaefer as Chief Growth Officer. Intel 471 and HumanTouch also picked up momentum with Michael DeBolt and Kelly Bent appointed as Presidents, respectively.

M&A and platform moves followed quickly. Nava, a 2026 Elev8[X] finalist, saw increased attention after acquiring Beam, accelerating its gold standard program delivery approach. Auria also moved up after announcing the acquisition of BCubed, expanding its Space Force, SOC, and intelligence footprint.

Contract and qualification milestones rounded out the day. Maximus surged after being selected by GSA for the $100M-plus Government Experience Contact Center Services BPA. Zeneth Technology Partners gained interest after achieving HUBZone certification from the SBA. CVP registered activity after Fifer achieved post competition status on the DoD Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace. Core4ce also drew views with the general availability of its CrossSight Due Diligence Platform.

No hype. Just experienced leaders, concrete wins, and market relevant moves.
