In a significant move set to reshape the federal IT and services marketplace, Arctas, a venture-backed technology company delivering AI-driven solutions and managed services to federal contractors, today announced its acquisition of several of OrangeSlices AI's (OS AI) technology assets, including their renowned OS AI Listings Directory. The platform, which serves thousands of federal contractors and agency decision-makers monthly, has become the go-to resource for federal IT and service provider identification.

This strategic move comes as a new Federal administration reshapes how government services are delivered to U.S. citizens.

Arctas and OS AI have been actively engaged with industry, conducting beta testing to ensure the new platform meets needs, exceeds expectations and will deliver on the next steps in engagement, function and opportunities industry has been asking for.
